Seemed to be ok up until they started playing the Ouija game and then it got ridiculous and just plummeted downhill from there mostly.
To me, Victoria was the most annoying character and acted like a child.
The cabin however, was very cool and the fireplace was nice with all the candles lit in the background.
I would recommend watching "The 6th Friend", that was more fun!

1 star rating on the 1st day of the year...well it is only fitting I guess
I had no idea what was going on, the bad editing didn't seem to help either
the characters were so nonchalant about everything all the time
the delivery of dialogue was flat
only up from here I guess
Definition of Fear doesn't have a large budget but I am not sure if that would have made a difference. 4 girls go to a cabin and as one does, the ouija board came out. It becomes quickly apparent that they aren't alone. There is a spirit doing its thing and things aren't alright.
A huge part of this movie is the isolation in the cabin and it works. Some of the things that happens, including the ending, are kind of cheesy. For the most part, I think it works.
idk i watched this for kat barrell and they’re all great actors i just didn’t know wtf was going on throughout most of the film
Synopsis: Psych major Sarah decides that since she is doing her thesis on fear it might be a good idea to invite three of her gal pals to a secluded cabin in the woods where she has set up cameras so she can record their reactions to the fear inducing things she has in store. It becomes clear that she is not the only one that is trying to scare them and with the use of a Ouija board they find that the cabin is not as secluded as they though as they connect with a long dead woman that drowned in the lake.
Review: One thing I have gleamed in my years of horror movie watching is to never…
"Why is she going outside by herself?" Asked everyone everywhere. Dumb girl weekend getaway
Mildly entertaining, but the plot is a complete mess. Often it feels like some voyeuristic fantasy more than a thriller.
A woman prepares a girls trip to a cabin in the woods where she will record her friends experiencing true fear for a PhD project. First of all, what terrible friend and even worse researcher. Where is her scientific integrity?! The supernatural stuff is more realistic than an ethics committee approving that! Then the friends are just OK with it after they find out. What a creep.
Then the plot staggers like this movie's drunk writers from one "fear" to the other, without fully developing into anything. We have a creepy guy watching in the woods (not as creepy as…
lol I love how truth or dare was one minute away from a lesbian make out pillow fight scene.
