Blackmagic Forum • View topic - NO DEVICE DETECTED ON windows 10 x64
Hey, Am using razer blade 15 2018 advance running windows 10 x64 with thunderbolt 3, apples thunderbolt 2 to thunderbolt 3 adapter, and the ultrastudio mini recorder. After installing the latest desktop video 11.5 and restarted, i got not signal when i launched the video 11.5 setup with only a message saying, "no device detected" Kindly advice how to troubleshoot
What was the answer? I am experiencing something SIMILIAR - as my thunderbolt is turning the UltraStudio Mini Recorder light white, and it is being recognized within the computer - but I not getting a signal from the camera - it's a GH4.
Update - after adjusting the system frequency on the GH4 to 24Hz (Cinema) I am able to get a verified signal within OBS as well as Blackmagic's Media Express. I am also able to get a signal verified when I set the system frequency to 50Hz (Pal).
However, I am still unable to get a signal within any online apps or sites such as YouTube, Skype, StreamYard, Zoom, etc...
