What’s Terrence Howard talking about?

Ah! The ancient 5 platonic solids ride again!

You'll be aware that the Great Pyramid of Giza (shown below) has 8 sides rather than 4.

Those ancient Egyptians certainly knew a thing or two!

As to the angles and frequencies of the platonic solids:

Simples!

The things you learn by researching the themes on this forum!

The neolithic people of Scotland would appear to have developed their own version of the five solids 1,000 years earlier than Plato.

The stone models are kept in the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. We want them back! :D

P.S. No one has the faintest idea as to their purpose! Do the patterns suggest that whoever made those objects had knowledge of geometry?

Hard to waste time litening to pull out any gem of truth. How far in is the bit about, “freqs and Platonic solid shapes and angles and wavelengths”?

Frequencies” ar eue din modern medicine. They are figuring out all sorts of use for ultrasound than just imagining. I got very effective toenail fungus treatment where the toes were exosposed to a certain specific light frequwncy that only the fungus absorbed — “burning’ the stuff away.

This is all about creating musical notes from the angles and vertices of the 5 Platonic solids.

The 'sacred' geometry of the building blocks of creation - the 5 elements - can be converted into musical frequencies.

The conversions result in such musicalities as the 'divine interval', the 'cosmic chord', the 'air chord', the 'forest chord' and the 'fairy chord'.

Devotees consider that listening, performing with and aligning to these frequencies will bring them back into 'Universal Harmony'.

So grab your 'Angel Harp' and dive into the world of music, geometry and mathematics!

what in the heck does a freq number and a geometrical shape have to do with wavelengths of standing waves or?
Isn’t this just numerology nonsense about the number (432)’ because those numbers all have digital roots of 9’ (or 90 degrees as node/antinode in sine waves?)?

how do they associate these entirely different units of measure, modes of physics, etc?

There's all sorts of nonsense out there about 432 Hz being "the beat of the universe", having "substantial healing benefits" and providing "positive energy".

It's all just a load of bunkum, as is the idea that 432 Hz is the frequency of the heart / brain / earth / sun / water.

432 Hz is just another number without any special significance over others. Tuning your music to 432 Hz instead of the standard tuning of A = 440 Hz will not unlock cosmic powers, or make your music sound better or worse.

OK, so more of the same, a sprinkling of reality spun into a cypher to code music?

A more scientific coverage of the same sort of asociations might well be "Godel, Esher, and Bach” by Douglas R Hofstadter. Quite deep.
