Our server Brandy was amazing! Even when me and my 28 badminton teammates came at such at a late time, our food came fast. Brandy was so nice and so patience with all of us. Thank you for being sweet and super duper nice!

We came out to BJ's to hang out, and Charles was excellent! Very friendly, and attentive, he made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back to BJ's!

I’ve been going to various BJ’s restaurants in Northern California for 10 plus years. No one has ever been more consistently thorough, quick and welcoming than Christina in Stockton. I often times go to BJ’s 7 to 8 times a week. She’s the best!

Although our waitress Yuliya advised that she was new, her service and attention were excellent. Yuliya made suggestions and got our order right the first time. Excellent EXCELLENT service. thank you.

Good burger

very good place for a good burger. the place is cozy and there is room for everyone, but maybe too loud music. The burger was good but the french fries were half wet with oil. The service was above average.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered curbside pick-up. But I was advised to go "ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK" to check-in. There, the crew doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about. After much helping the crew finally figured out my order. Thereafter, I was told my order is not ready I need to wait in my car. I did. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, I checked in with the crew about how much longer before my order is ready. I was told need to go inside the restaurant to see if my order is ready. Wait, is this how CURBSIDE PICK UP supposed to be? I told the crew I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Well, "they are just backed -up and BUSY." WAIT I was the only one there. Finally, I went back inside and checked in as instructed. One of the crew told me "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN READY" Again, Are they not supposed to bring my order out? What a customer service.

Nice chain restaurant

We had delicious dinners after waiting 15 minutes and going up to the front desk to see if we were going to get a server. The chicken kale salad and chipotle glazed salmon were very tasty and well prepared. Food is typical for this chain.

Food's Good... Service Needs Improvement

Visiting CA family for a couple of weeks. Heading home from Yosemite National Park we decided to stop by BJ's for dinner instead of cooking at home. Started off with cocktails followed by calamari and alvocoto dip with chips appetizers.. Very good. Entrees included Ahi tuna salad, steak, a burger, chicken wings and a wedge salad. All were very good. Why a average rating? Service...not so good. Waitress was slow to return to the table, when asked for additional wasibi for the tuna it seemed to take forever. Lastly, our ordered desert didn't arrive until we requested that it be removed from our bill. The manager comped us the desert, but unfortunately was a little too late. As a constructive criticism I would suggest BJ take a look at how they provide service to their partrons. Attentiveness, fairly quick response turnaround will make BJ's a memorable dinning experience. As I'm from the East Coast I'll likely not be returning to give it another try. I hope BJ's reads this review and revisits it's policy/procedures on customer service. It'll make the difference between an "ok" restaurant and a great one!
