Updating a previous ongoing problem with thi dealership,
Updating a previous ongoing problem with thi dealership, employees are deceitful, rude and unprofessional, you will be wise to avoid a purchase here. Bought a truck in February, has since been in for major transmission repair twice, still the same problems, poor communication from service and sales department. Steering rack replacement within 100 miles of buying the vehicle. Had the vehicle aligned, vehicle still pulls to the left. The sales manager when asked to make it right claims none of this was the dealerships fault and or problem, was upset that I wrote a bad review on google. To which my response was if you want better reviews , do better business. I have had my vehicle for a total of 30 days in the 3 months I’ve owned and made payments on it. My reviews will reflect the quality of service, if this business wants good review from me then they should make this situation right. Instead of making excuses it’s my hard earned money down the drain. As it stands now I would not recommend Mike Murphy to an enemy let alone a friend. Buyers beware!!!! Took the vehicle elsewhere for trade, because of the branded title the value of this vehicle is 14k Mike Murphy ford sold me the truck at 25k. Plus warranty and gap coverage. I went back in today to again see if they would make it right the sales manager Jeff lynch, stated that Mike Murphy wanted no part in making it right, and I quote “because I wanted to play reporter” referring to my reviews on google about this transaction. I beg anyone who has had a similar experience, (which talking with coworkers and friends, has been many) to write a review and to let potential buyers know what kind of business they are running. They refuse to stand behind the vehicles they sell, and will flat out laugh in your face when you confront them. I am out a vehicle as this transmission will surely fail again, the vehicle is worth 10k less than why I paid, and no other dealer will touch it because of the branded title. Maybe you will get lucky enough to get a reliable vehicle here, …. But if you don’t……………
