The Stanley Stanley
Here is Stanley's reaction to his special not airing on ABC4Kids again after 2012.
Link to the special's last airdate: https://www.abc.net.au/tv/guide/abc2/201210/programs/ZX0495A001D2012-10-01T142750.htm
Fun fact: When TGD last aired on ABC4Kids, the logo was on the top left corner of the screen, but from July 2014 till February 2015, they've put the ABC4Kids logo on the bottom right corner of the screen and were showing a variety of kid's specials on the weekends except for TGD which is why I made this edit.

Didn’t this page of HOTR mention Stanley was going to appear in the special but dropped? If so, why was it removed from the wiki?
For me, it’s Stanley! Not really a “returnee” since he debuted in a movie and episodic debuted like 2 season ago but still. I don’t know why they would bring him back if he won’t and doesn’t have any major episodic roles other than being a background engine.
Enjoy the 22nd episode of the Track Stars! Sorry if my voice doesn’t sound girlish; I’m working on it.

I know people are currently giving their goodbyes as the impending end of the discussions are approaching, but I'm not going to say mine just yet. I still have some thoughts to share, so I'll share them while I can. Here is another of my Random RWS Thoughts.
As I'm sure many of us know, the Wellsworth and Suddery Railway had 4 engines. Two Manning Wardles (one of whom I explained could possibly be Charlie), one Sharp Stewart and an unknown 0-6-0. My suggestion, what if that 0-6-0 was Stanley?
As mentioned on Stanley's wiki page, "The Official Website and 2013 Writer's Bible erroneously state that Stanley is a hybrid of a Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0ST engine and Kitson's No. 5459 "Austin I"." despite him having another assigned basis. So choosing to follow the idea that Stanley is a bit of hodgepodge like Percy, he could have been built whenever. So what if he were built by some builders of obscure origins and wound up on the W&S? Due to Stanley being some random, unidentifiable engine, archived notes of Stanley as the fourth engine are unclear as all that was known for certain, was that he was an 0-6-0 tank engine.
So it turns out Stanley was going to be written out lf the show after S22 but he wasn't due to his fanbase.
Now this could have meant they were going to give him more attention. Maybe he would have gotten his first episode to himself.
Um, no. He still was a background character who spoke from time to time and most of his appearances were just cameos. So, what do you think about this? Was Stanley worth keeping around if he did nothing?
Toby: I know you snuck out last night, Percy.
Thomas: Play dumb!
Percy: Who's Percy?
Thomas: NOT THAT DUMB!!!

Toby, triple-heading a goods train with Thomas and Percy: How was your day?
Percy: We almost got a surprise purchased!
Toby: What?
Thomas: We almost got kidnapped.
Toby: Oh, alright.
Toby: *slams on the breaks* WAIT WHAT?!
***
Percy: I'm incredibly fast at math.
Thomas: Alright, what's 30 X 17?
Percy: 47.
Thomas: That's not even close.
Percy: But it was fast.
***
The Fat Controller (TFC): While I'm gone, Percy, you're in charge.
Percy: Yes!!!
TFC, whispering: Thomas, you're secretly in charge.
Thomas: Obviously.
***
Stanley: If I get scrapped, my funeral is going to be the biggest party ever and you're all invited.
Thomas: "If"?
Percy: Great, the only party I've ever been invited to and they might not even die.
***
*Toby's helping Stanley out after he had an accident, while the others are watching.*
Rosie: How does Stanley look?
Thomas: A little better than you, actually.
***
Percy: I've done a lot of dumb stuff.
Stanley: I've witnessed the dumb stuff.
Thomas: I recorded the dumb stuff.
Rosie: I've joined in on the dumb stuff.
Toby: I TRIED TO STOP YOU FROM DOING THE DUMB STUFF!!!
***
Stanley: Hey, it's your turn to shunt the trucks.
Thomas: I'LL WASH THE WALLS RED WITH YOUR BLOOD!
Stanley: 'Kay, but before that, shunt the trucks, also not so much this time.
