Edit: *preguntas importantes
Sería "preguntas importantes", no?
No estaba seguro
Preguntas importantes*
Gracias
Gracias, entiendo! Mi confusión era si or no hacer también podría reemplazar preguntar.
hahahaha
I can see "polvo seguro" as a similar but in a broader context. There may be an even closer translation...
"Polvo seguro" basically means a "guaranteed nut" I'm gonna call a girl I know I can fuck instead of just "make a bootycall"
The forum I stumbled upon was a guy asking if it was worth driving 50 km for "un polvo seguro". When it clicked in my mind from context that "polvo" was equivalent to current US slang "nut" I laughed. A lot of the replies were pretty funny too. I remember one was "mejor 50 polvos por un kilómetro seguro"
Aquí en Honduras es "quiero pise"
Pero eso no incluye la llamada, verdad? Gracias.
Loving the specificity
Gracias!
Yikes, matar is scarier than la hierba
Edit-in English people do say “slay” to mean bed/sleep with someone so I guess that’s similar. There are probably many other examples that just aren’t occurring to me at the moment.
In México we say "mi nalguita" that is like "my booty". Also like in spain "follamigo" but here we say "cogiamigo" with the verb "coger" that means to fuck in Mexico. I have also heard the spanglish version "fuckiamigo" (don't even know how to write that) , but what word to use depends mostly on what you decide to use and how informal is the conversation you're in.
Not sure if we have something similar to that in Spanish... "Llamar a tu amigo/a con derechos". May have the same meaning. e.g. Esta mañana llamé a mi amiga con derechos y la pasamos muy bien.
In Spain the word is “un follamigo”
I can clearly see what the English equivalent is here haha thanks.
Ohhhh my, that is just the best new word I've learned in a long time.
Interesting. So that looks like "friends with benefits". I have also seen "amigovios" for that, though not sure how much it is really used. Thank you.
Yeah, the same concept as Friends with benefits. Btw, "amigovios" means that you are in the middle ground between being Friends and being boyfriend or girlfriend (at least here). While in Amigos con derechos is implicit that is someone for just having sex, no feelings involved.
I see. Good info, thanks!
In Ecuador you say mi bacile
So that would be the person right? How would you refer to the call? Thanks.
un vacile, or add the word seguro to make it more specific.
and sorry it is not bacile but vacile
