Arlington Heights High School Reviews
Rating 3.85 out of 5 322 reviews
Arlington Heights is a really amazing school. The students have so much school spirit which is likely due to the vast amount of clubs, sports, and other activities the school provides for us. The staff does a great job making everyone feel "Known, Valued, and Inspired" which is our motto. I do have to mention the janitors at our school, our school is huge and they still do a really great job keeping it clean for all of us. Janitors are usually underappreciated but something that i do like is that our administration made a poster board with the help of students to honor the importance of our wonderful janitors, some of which has been here for a long time. The little things like that is what makes Arlington Heights a special place, a community, and a family.
As a freshman student, Arlington Heights has been a very good school. The sports are amazing and there are a lot of clubs and extra-curriculars. The buildings are nice and clean. The teachers are mostly good, with some bad apples. The food is sub-par, it could be better. Safety and parent involvement is a large concern for me. Safety is lacking and security is not great. Parent involvement is so poor. I do mostly enjoy going here though.
I have loved my experience at Arlington Heights. I could not imagine being anywhere else and being as happy as I am with my school. Arlington Heights and it's culture has made me feel a sense of school pride that I never thought I would experience. All of the teachers I have encountered have been great to have class with and work with. We really are given every opportunity and every resource possible to succeed in our education and futures. Everytime I hear anyone say they don't like their school I cannot understand it and couldn't see how anyone would dislike being at Arlington Heights.
