That could have been interesting but I’m glad things turned out the way they did. Nancy Sinatra’s YOLT is a top ten Bond song.

I LOVE 'Pet Sounds' and The Beach Boys are my favorite band, hands down. It simply wouldn't have worked here, in my opinion. The opening of YOLT is trying to be so stark and serious, this is captured perfectly by Nancy Sinatra's track.

Hate to be that guy but the song was never really considered, I don’t even know if it was submitted for consideration but I do know that Eon productions wasn’t accepting songs without the title in the lyrics at this time.
