Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center
The Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center, home of the USD women's and men's tennis teams, went through a complete renovation of its eight- court facility at the west end of the USD campus.
In January 2022, USD unveiled the $6.5 million state-of-the-art facility. The venue features eight resurfaced courts, a scoreboard, grandstands with chairback seating, and the program's first-ever clubhouse, which includes a locker room, a lounge, and a study area. The facility also features an athletic training room to service both home and away teams, as well as infrastructure that will allow for live streaming of all home matches.
Previously, the site received a new concrete substructure and surface; new chain link fences with screening; new on-court storage units; a new center walkway with individual court access; a new entry way with nearby public facilities; a new tournament desk area with nearby storage; and additional bleacher seating.
Both Torero teams began playing dual matches there in March 2003. In the past the Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center has been the host site for NCAA West Regional Championships, West Coast Conference Championships, and numerous USD Invitationals.
