The 51-year-old wasted no time on Thursday correcting a viral Twitter post from World Index that named his net worth at a staggering $380 million.

The post, viewed more than 600,000 times, made the amateur error of mistaking the cricket hero with the F45 co-founder, who shares his exact name.

“A case of mistaken identity here folks. Unless of course my namesake who founded F45 played cricket, in which case it’s completely accurate #doyourresearch #fakenews #yasafesachin,” Gilchrist wrote on Twitter.

His post referenced the post’s claim that Indian cricket demigod Sachin Tendulkar tops the list which also includes Aussie Ricky Ponting as the No. 6 richest cricketer on the planet and Steve Smith as the No. 10 richest cricketer on the planet.
