In this documentary, Des Hickey looks at the successful career of Eamonn Andrews.
Eamonn Andrews was born and raised in Dublin. Growing up he was a keen amateur boxer, who won the Irish Junior middleweight title in 1944. Eamonn’s career began as a clerk in an insurance office, but little did he know that one day his passion for boxing would lead to a long and successful career as a broadcaster.
Eamonn was one of the finest broadcasters in both Ireland and the UK and this is his story.
