Meet the cast of Inside No. 9 season 9
Get to know the familiar faces in the final season.
Inside No. 9 hits the halfway point of its final season this week with an episode titled Mulberry Close, which unfolds from the perspective of a doorbell camera on a suburban street.
We'll meet nosy neighbours Sheila (Dorothy Atkinson) and Larry (Adrian Scarborough) as they assess the latest residents to move in, with the official synopsis teasing that something about them "doesn’t seem quite right".
The bar has been set high by season 9 to date, with both Boo to a Goose and The Trolley Problem delivering compelling stories with knockout twist endings. Here's hoping Mulberry Close can follow suit!

Episode 3: Mulberry Close
Reece Shearsmith plays Damon
Who is Damon? Damon is a man who has just moved into a new home on a quiet suburban street with his wife, Val.

What else has Reece Shearsmith been in? Shearsmith is known for his earlier collaborations with Steve Pemberton on Psychoville and The League of Gentlemen.
In addition, he has featured in Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Saltburn, Foundation and, most, recently Netflix's 3 Body Problem (where he portrayed Alan Turing).
Vinette Robinson plays Val
Who is Val? Val has just moved to Mulberry Close with her husband, Damon.
What else has Vinette Robinson been in? Most recently, Robinson has earned acclaim for the role of Carly in restaurant drama Boiling Point and its television follow-up.
Her previous credits include Helen in Waterloo Road, Sally in Sherlock, Nicola in The A Word and Janet in The Lazarus Project. She can currently be seen in Channel 4 drama The Gathering.
Steve Pemberton plays Ken
Who is Ken? Ken is one of Damon and Val's neighbours. He lives across the street with his wife, Sheila.
What else has Steve Pemberton been in? Besides Inside No. 9, Psychoville and The League of Gentlemen, the actor and screenwriter is well known for Benidorm, Whitechapel, Happy Valley and Doctor Who.
He also competed as himself on the 17th season of comedic challenge show Taskmaster.
Dorothy Atkinson plays Sheila
Who is Sheila? Sheila is Ken's wife, who is keen to keep her street looking prim and proper.
What else has Dorothy Atkinson been in? Atkinson has been all over our screens in recent years, bagging roles in major dramas such as Call the Midwife, Mum, Harlots, All Creatures Great and Small, and Magpie Murders.
Most recently, she played Jessie Cole in ITV drama Without Sin, Betty Boothroyd in factual miniseries Stonehouse, and Jeannie Savage in BBC One's The Gold. She also appeared as the mother of Barry Keoghan's Oliver Quick in Emerald Fennell's hit film Saltburn.
Adrian Scarborough plays Larry
Who is Larry? Larry is another resident of Mulberry Close, often seen walking his cute little dog.
What else has Adrian Scarborough been in? Scarborough is perhaps best known for his comedy work, with credits including Gavin & Stacey, Psychoville, Plebs and Miranda.
However, he has also appeared in a number of high profile dramatic appearances in the likes of Killing Eve, The Accident and Sanditon.

Steve Pemberton plays Blake
Who is Blake? Blake is a therapist who encounters a struggling man one fateful night.
Reece Shearsmith plays Drew
Who is Drew? Drew is the vulnerable stranger who Blake welcomes into his home.

Reece Shearsmith plays Gerry
Who is Gerry? Gerry is a man returning home after a theatre show with his wife, Edith.
Steve Pemberton plays Wilma
Who is Wilma? Wilma is a drag queen on a night out.
Matthew Kelly plays Harold
Who is Harold? Harold is a homeless man.
What else has Matthew Kelly been in? Kelly became a household name in the '90s for presenting talent show Stars in Their Eyes. He is also an actor, with many stage credits to his name.
Susan Wokoma plays Cleo
Who is Cleo? Cleo is Wilma's friend.
What else has Susan Wokoma been in? Wokoma is best known for her comedy work, including such acclaimed titles as Chewing Gum, Year of the Rabbit, Cheaters and Peacock. She also plays Edith in Netflix's Enola Holmes films and is another former Taskmaster contestant.
Philippa Dunne plays Elena
Who is Elena? Elena is a nurse.
What else has Philippa Dunne been in? Dunne is an established comic talent with credits in BBC hit Motherland and Channel 4's Derry Girls. She has also taken more dramatic roles in This is Going to Hurt, The Woman in the Wall and Bodies.

Siobhan Finneran plays Edith
Who is Edith? Edith is Gerry's wife.
What else has Siobhan Finneran been in? Finneran is rarely far from our screens and has starred in some hugely popular dramas, including Downton Abbey, Happy Valley, The Stranger and Time. She also currently stars in Sophie Willan's acclaimed comedy-drama Alma's Not Normal.
Charlie Cooper plays Mossy
Who is Mossy? Mossy is a homeless man.
What else has Charlie Cooper been in? Cooper is, of course, best known for co-creating and starring in BBC Three sitcom This Country. He's also known for Steve Coogan film Greed, murder mystery See How They Run and Channel 4's Stath Lets Flats.
Mark Bonnar plays Raymond
Who is Raymond? Raymond is another passenger on the train.
What else has Mark Bonnar been in? Bonnar has recently concluded an acclaimed run on BBC Scotland drama Guilt. His other credits include Prime Video's The Rig, as well as BBC One dramas World on Fire, Murder is Easy and Line of Duty. Bonnar previously worked with Shearsmith and Pemberton on their cult series Psychoville.
Joel Fry plays Finn
Who is Finn? Finn is another passenger on the train.
What else has Joel Fry been in? Fry is known for playing Hizdahr zo Loraq in epic fantasy drama Game of Thrones and Frenchie in the recently cancelled pirate comedy Our Flag Means Death. He rose to stardom in the comedy genre, playing key roles in Sky sitcom Trollied and ITV hit Plebs.
