Dear,


I have been trying to log in on my hotmail account several times and my account got blocked by your end.

Following the procedure to unblock my account has not been succesfull. I have been following all instructions but got stuck in the loop of the following steps.

My hotmail account contains information of my lawyer that is needed urgently.


Is there any other way to unblock my account ? Why has my account been blocked?


The only other email adres have is my professional account *************** Email address is removed for privacy *** and my mobile phone *********


Please contact my in any way to get this resolved.

I also received an email dat the provided information is not enough to unblock my account.

Please can you assist in this matter? I do not have more information then provided.

I have sent mails to my sister in law. This email is in my account and not known by heart.

Last emails sent where about a visum request and sent to a lawyer in Turkey. Also this email is not known by heart.

Can this additional information help to unblock my account?

Since I have been trying everything to recover my account since long time and nobody can help me to unblock it because of to less information provided, links that does not get me any further, messages etc I propose you keep the account blocked. I will check with other providers to create a new email account.

We're sorry to learn that your account is still not recoverable.

As far as I understand it, the recovery form asks for your most recent previously used password.

There are also subscription records for Microsoft products, any order records or bank card records that will help you recover your Microsoft account.

In addition to that, I think you can recall the last ten emails you have received and sent, and if the senders of these emails are your friends and family or workmates, then you may want to ask them if they can copy the content of the emails to you so that you can fill out the recovery form accurately.

For example, if you are referring to emails from your loved ones and attorneys, you need to be very precise about the content of the emails to assess whether you can get your account back. So you may need to contact them for assistance. In any case, this is a last resort.
