Worst Company ever. I get booked by my uncle through Expedia. I came in on delta just fine but forced to fly back United. I got an hour early in the morning where barely anyone was there. Their systems weren’t working and I was the 3’rd person in line they only had 2 people working. It took 30 minutes just to get to me and the people ahead of me were still having issues. By the end of it they also somehow got my dob wrong and so I was forced to miss flight and they rebooked me. This SUCKS because I have to miss a extra day of work I might get penalized just because of some stupid airline. I have never had any problems flying anywhere else but United is a piece of garbage. First time experience terrible never would do it again if I had the choice. On top of that they offered upgrades and I bought one supposedly for baggage because apparently carry on isn’t allowed unless you pay huge amounts of money but it doesn’t even tell me on the app that I have the right to check in baggage so now I have to just wait and pray it went through otherwise I just got scammed by this company.…

This is the absolute worst airline I have ever had to deal with. Constantly delaying their flights. No transparency with their customers, and no empathy for anyone else. We had our flight delayed multiple times, and were told we will get on our way, just for them to announce two minutes later that the flight is completely canceled. After running into line to catch a new flight they tell us there’s no seats, but guess what all of a sudden seats opened up. How? I couldn’t tell you because I have no damn idea. Sat for 6 hours for another flight that was going to a completely different airport, and that flight got delayed another 3 times. At first they said it’s weather, but the weather app says otherwise. Absolute joke of a company, they should be bought out or go bankrupt. Save yourself from this airline. I’d rather fly Spirit where you can’t even recline your seat rather than ever flying with United again. I’d rather schedule my trip a few days later with another airline rather than ever have to deal with this airline. SAVE YOURSELF!!!…

I was flying back from Dulles on a business trip, Gate A1B Concourse A, departure 5:19pm. I actually tried to go to United to lodge my concerns, but you need a "MilesPlus(?)" number to communicated with them. I upgraded to First Class, I wanted more room because I wasn't feeling well, there were two flight attendants; one was Ashley who was very nice and outgoing, she showed so much empathy to the lady a row or two behind me, due to her seat going to someone else. Ashley was not servicing First Class, it was the other woman long dark hair heavyset darker in complexion. I was asleep when they came around to take drink requests, but I was awake when they brought the drinks. She could have said, oh you're awake, did you want anything? But she shoved the drink toward him and hurried away. Later he flagged her down for another drink, honestly it was ridiculous. It would have made all the difference in the world to show a bit of compassion, I wasn't contagious... I don't get to choose who I fly with when I work, but I certainly will not fly United for personal events. I also realize that one person can ruin it for a company... she did! Not worth the $115.00 upgrade!…

Worst travel experience ever, our flight to Houston was delayed for 6 hours, when we finally got to Houston and requested information about our connecting flight we were told all connecting flights had left, awful customer service, all representatives were rude, we were given a card to to a video call with a representative who gave us a voucher for meals and hotel, we were sent to a cheap motel around 11:00 pm, after waiting on line there for over 30 minutes with a large group of passengers the motel told us there were not more rooms and put us in a shuttle that took us to what can be described as a crack motel, after being on a line for over an hour and dealing with a motel front desk clerk that smelled strong to marijuana and was clearly under the influence at 1: 30 AM we were given a room that was absolutely disgusting, when we got to the airport next morning at 5 AM we were told that they were not seats available in the flight they had told us the day before we were going to be in, again all flights delayed and awful customer service.…
