While the whole EP is solid, the title track and 'Blur the Lines' are two of the best shoegaze songs I've heard.

Tears Run Rings, what a great name for a band. I'm sure it's a reference to some other song by some other band.
Anyway, these are five songs which is pure shoegaze dream. Breathy male/female vocals, downstroked guitars, layered and reverbed to every note of their lives. It's hypnotic and mesmerizing, only slightly monotonous but isn't that what great dream pop is composed of? Repeated notes, repeated sounds, repeated noises, repeated listening.
