The worst airline ever!! This was my first time flying this airline. I am very disappointed in the quality of the aircraft and the service by the flight attendants. The negative vibes started with a visit to the Royal Air Maroc lounge in Casablanca. I hesitate to call it lounge. It was extremely crowded , only one shower and very hard to find. I ended up using a priority pass lounge, which was much nicer. At the gate in Casablanca, total disorganization by the ground crew. First, we were told gate 9 and as we were lining up, the gate was switched to 8, with no one answering any questions and being quite rude. Plus, we started boarding at 10:25 when we were supposed to depart at 10:55. Then I get to my seat, 3A in business. There was a tiny little pillow on my seat, and no blanket. Also, there was a big gap between the seat back and the seat bottom. which made it very uncomfortable for seven hour flight I have flown with numerous airlines and the flight attendants always come around to offer water or drinks during the flight. Once food service was over, they never came around offering drinks. The seatbelt came on; on other airlines, the flight attendants always come around to check to make sure the passengers have put on their seatbelts. On this flight noone came around to check. Also, the lavatory was a mess. Usually the flight attendants check and tidy the bathroom. This flight definitely did not feel like a business class experience.
