Royal Air Maroc (AT) is Morocco's national carrier and the country's largest airline. Founded in 1957, the airline operates from a hub at Casablanca's Mohammed V International Airport (CMN). Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK), Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (TNG) and Paris Orly Airport (ORY) are focus cities for Royal Air Maroc. The airline's fleet of 53 planes fly to 94 destinations. These include 15 domestic cities and more than 50 countries across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. Royal Air Maroc also has codeshare agreements with nine other airlines.

The worst airline ever!! This was my first time flying this airline. I am very disappointed in the quality of the aircraft and the service by the flight attendants. The negative vibes started with a visit to the Royal Air Maroc lounge in Casablanca. I hesitate to call it lounge. It was extremely crowded , only one shower and very hard to find. I ended up using a priority pass lounge, which was much nicer. At the gate in Casablanca, total disorganization by the ground crew. First, we were told gate 9 and as we were lining up, the gate was switched to 8, with no one answering any questions and being quite rude. Plus, we started boarding at 10:25 when we were supposed to depart at 10:55. Then I get to my seat, 3A in business. There was a tiny little pillow on my seat, and no blanket. Also, there was a big gap between the seat back and the seat bottom. which made it very uncomfortable for seven hour flight I have flown with numerous airlines and the flight attendants always come around to offer water or drinks during the flight. Once food service was over, they never came around offering drinks. The seatbelt came on; on other airlines, the flight attendants always come around to check to make sure the passengers have put on their seatbelts. On this flight noone came around to check. Also, the lavatory was a mess. Usually the flight attendants check and tidy the bathroom. This flight definitely did not feel like a business class experience. I sent an email to Royal Air Maroc and have not received a response.…

Racist, irresponsible, scam, and rude Royal Air Maroc has been the worst airline I have traveled with. I hope many people read this message and don't buy tickets to fly with them. I flew from Miami to Madrid with a connection in Casablanca and my suitcases never arrived, I made a claim and the people in charge and costumer service always have the same rude answer: “we do not have an update for the airport” “what is your problem, it is just a month you have to wait” and they even mistreated me just because of my accent; I could hear people laughing in the background. I have wrote many emails, I have made a claim for the refund or compensation and I have not received any answer. They are irresponsible, they lose your suitcases, they are a disaster, they treat you rudely and hang up the phone, They laugh at your desperation and your accent. It's quite sad to know that these are the values upheld by the company. I am going to take this as far as I can. It's unacceptable. I will post it on all social media platforms and on my professional profile. These are not the values of the United States of America. THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD EVER ….…

I have used this airline before but trust me, the 1st time I had been on an aeroplane where I had to clean the seat before sitting and the last is Royal Air Maroc!!! I have never felt so humiliated in all my life when ignored on this flight from London Gatwick to Banjul. I am vegetarian and just wanted to know if I could receive another fruit juice instead of fruits as I am allergic to dairy and did not wish to cause drama on the flight, so I strictly stayed away from dairy. After being late by an hour the baggage claims decided NOT to load all customers' luggage onto the plane so though I was first in the queue at the airport and hours early, I was more than disappointed to realise when landing in Banjul that my luggage with mostly stuff for charity had been left in Morocco! on purpose to make up for the lost time and being late. Then after a month and halfway through my trip, going to the Maroc office in Banjul only to find out and realise that though receptionists had been working there for 15 years they had no training in customer service and I had to teach them how to do their jobs and take them seriously! I advise you now if you are reading this to NEVER trust this airline as the seats on the plane are dirty, worn and tattered and there is NOTHING royal about this airline. I will never waste time, energy or money again on them and when they mess with the wrong customer they will finally be sued and go out of business. Ase. One of the largest disasters in my life and this has never happened in all my travelling days before! I, family and friends are horrified at this airline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
