The cellar "The Passion" is a story of friendship, expertise and passion. We wanted to create a unique place to live in Toulouse, dedicated to the great wines and gastronomy! It's in our kitchen market (Fresh produce, raw and quality) and our rigorous selection and expert of the largest independent wine, you will find the love and passion of our businesses. David, former Head Sommelier at Puits Saint Jacques, has the pleasure to welcome you to the cellar and offer you his best blows of heart. He has selected more than 800 references of all the wines tasted during his last ten years where he visited the entire French vineyard. In the kitchen, the creation of the map is provided by Paul Epicurean at heart and passion for good products. Its cuisine is inspired by seasonal produce, proximity of partners and its years of experience where he rubbed shoulders with stars of chefs in France and abroad. I found this place randomly as it was not far from my family’s holiday rental. What a surprise! Every dish was creative, delicious and deeply satisfying. And the wines were unusual and perfectly matched. It felt like a Michelin starred experience but the prices were very reasonable. And the waitstaff were fun, hilarious, and very patient with those of our crew who didn’t speak French. Better for meat eaters than vegetarians. Will definitely seek it out again!

This is my favorite in Toulouse: excellent French kitchen at very, very reasonable prices, a fantastic wine cellar from "le Sud-Ouest", and a super friendly, attentive team. It is well-located on the canal de Brienne, a 5 min. walk from the Place St Pierre (and the fact that is not in the crowded parts of town is an advantage).

One of the best restaurants in Toulouse, hands down! Great for lunch or dinner, their menu is always seasonal and their dishes have a modern twist on classic French cuisine. The staff is friendly and their wine suggestions are excellent-- small batch productions, lots of natural wines etc (not your boring classic Bordeaux). Not to be missed!

Food is fine not great but menu changes a lot so meh. Go there for good value wine. I just wish places like this had a carte des vins so I didn't have to look over people's heads at wine labels.

I came here on a recommendation of a friend that they are known to get their food fresh from the market and it was supposed to be very good (which the reviews here all seem to confirm). I had dinner, two courses, and while the food wasn't anything to write home about, it wasn't bad at all. My issue was mainly with the price vs. the food that we received, I had a starter for 9€ which consisted of an egg and half a leek, the main, for 18€, was a piece of chicken and some fried vegetables - essentially, the price didn't justify the portion size, and I was hungry again an hour after leaving the restaurant. The food was good, but it wasn't worth the price that I paid at the end of the evening (compared with other restaurants I've visited in Toulouse).

The name says it all. They are really "passionnes" you sense and feel the food was prepare with care from passionate hands. Very good, well presented.
Staff knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. The wine they selected to accompany the dinner was very good.
The restaurant is located outside de historic area by the canal Brienne. We stayed in a hotel close, fortunately the hotel staff gave us a good advice. It was a beautiful evening so we eat outside.
It looks a very busy restaurant, so I advice to reserve in advance.

You have arrived try the gin and tonic done. With Spanish panache. The service is fast and friendly. The wine collection is superb and stress free as waiter chooses for you and they really know their wines. Impeccably clean and well furnished like you are dining in a wine cellar.
The foof is excellent, the wine is superb, the service is effecient, but friendly and knowledgeable.
Do not miss this restaurant it is new and not well known but wow it delivers. The

This place is really good for a dinner with your couple or for a business dinner.
The ambiance it's great, well decorated with a lot of bottles of wine decorating the place.
They have a lot of rare and good wines.

Very well received in a charming setting, an extraordinary cellar where the owner takes you to choose your wines! Each time he tells us the history of this grape variety! Really good advice accompanied by very, very good home cooking! We all loved it and nothing was left!
Bistrot that I recommend! Afterwards, as the stadium is not too far away, a short walk to digest!

Quite disappointed with this lunch
Despite the nice setting and the good service, really no luck Vance the super salty mash dish and super tough beef shank not tender at all

Relatively high prices considering the quantity of the meal and the location.
The products are quality. The dishes are well prepared and relatively generous.
Small comment on the pork chop served that evening: is something missing in this dish, acidity? crunchy? spicy?
And without a doubt, a side dish!!!, which could be a nice, well-buttered mashed potato.
Unfortunately, apparently poor choice of wines. And very prohibitive prices for references which are not always prestigious.
Discovering winegrowers also involves accessibility in terms of price, in other words a more democratic discovery.
Little choice of desserts, too bad.
The menu, on the other hand, is coherent (on a complete menu) and tempting.
Warm places and good welcome.
Experience to try again with these few fixes.

Very friendly place run by very young enthusiasts who already know the business and their products perfectly. Good meat and a rich wine list of all kinds. The desserts are also excellent. Beautiful decor too. We feel good there.
