Very sterile environment and the wait staff really couldn’t care less about how long we waited, (it wasn’t busy) or requests for another plate/bowl. There are other options.

Loved the eel hand rolls. The sushi looked great! I also had the crispy salmon roll. That could have a wee bit more seasoning. The customer service was also great!!!!! Looking forward to another meal here. The price was right too!!!

Good variety, we had After Burner, Pizza Roll, Rancho Roll, Lemon Cilantro roll...all very good. Great service tonight, nice atmosphere.

Warm and inviting interior, comfortable seating, and quiet enough to chat. Menu is a awash with variety from "Standard" to "Signature" choices....as well as High to Low Cost. Very Reasonable, and Well Done. Don't expect a lot from your Service Person... perhaps she's still waiting...for $15.00/hr.More

The servers gave us menus and walked past us 6 times sitting at the bar but never asked for our order so we gave to the chef that was nice enough. Sons miso came out (good), rest of the order came out all at once...instead of as when ready, so......had a lot of time to wait. Place was about half full. I overheard the bartender talking about a Groupon $35 worth of food for $18 while I waited so guess that was the upside to the bad timing, saved me $20, Oyster shooter was pretty good (quail egg, scallion, raw oyster). Chilean sea add slightly sweet and big portion and yummy. 2-2-2 sushi delicious big cuts of tuna, salmon and yellowtail. Generous on the ginger and wasabi. California roll very fresh and big cuts. Happy hour ends at 4:30 and looked like it has some really great deals but we arrived at 6:30. Stayed at the hotel next to it and glad this sushi place was there. Yummy just spotty service and food delivery timing.More

Wasn't busy but had to wait to be helped. We decided to sit at the bar hoping to get better service. The food was very good but still the service had something to be desired. We were made to feel like we didn't matter. Because...of that, we probably wouldn't go back.More

I was lucky enough to get to meet the head chief and he made me the best sushi I've had in a long time. Is was a mix or sushi and Mexican food "Ceviche" and the best part is the sushi rolls here are about...2 feet long ! I mean if you love sushi why go any place else! Really wow! The service was amazing everyone at the place would ask me if I needed anything that never happens! What a great dinner!More

I went with a group from the office I was visiting. Came highly recommended by one staffer. They were right. A very casual but nice open atmosphere, with a super attentive and friendly serving staff. all the food I tasted was delicious.

The food is excellent and the bartenders are very friendly. Great location due to it's next store to a excellent hotel (TownPlace)

We usually eat here about once a month. Probably the best sushi in Vista. Chefs are nice and the Mackenzie roll is my favorite. Normally have the hamachi sushi & toro if they have it.
