Amadeus Selling Platform Connect: How to sign in

Procedure

How to connect

To connect to Amadeus Selling Platform Connect from your computer:

  1. Go to https://sellingplatformconnect.amadeus.com

  2. In the Sign In page, click the Language drop-down list at the bottom of the page to choose your language.
  3. Enter your User name, Duty code (optional), Office ID and Password.
  4. If you are using a personal computer, select the Remember me check box.
  5. Click Sign in.
     
    Important:
    • If you don’t remember your credentials or your Office ID, contact your travel agency manager or administrator.
    • If your credentials are locked, contact your travel agency manager or administrator.
    • If you are using password auto-fill, make sure the credentials are entered in the right fields to successfully Login or Reset Password for Amadeus Selling Platform Connect.
    • If you are Temporary Locked please wait for 20 to 30 min before to try to sign in again.

If you are new to Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, there are two different options to register depending on if your organization has an Amadeus Selling Platform Connect Admin or not:

  • Option 1: Contact the Amadeus Selling Platform Connect Admin from your organization.
  • Option 2: Contact your Amadeus representative.

After your user account has been created, you will receive your user information by email.

  1. In the email message, click either the internet or intranet link, according to your network access, to activate your account.
    The Logon and Security Server page is displayed.
  2. Enter a password in the New Password field.
  3. Re-enter the password in the Confirmation field and click Submit.


     
  4. The following confirmation message is displayed:



    You will receive a new email to validate your password.
  5. Click the link in the email.
    The following page is displayed:

  6. In the Password Validation page, enter your Password.
  7. Click Validate Password.
Note: You might need to wait 1 or 2 hours before being able to log in to Amadeus Selling Platform Connect.

If you forgot your password for Amadeus Selling Platform, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your Office ID.
  2. Click I forgot my password


     
    Important: Your Office ID is mandatory to initiate password reset.

  3. In the Reset your password page, enter your user name and your new password, then confirm your new password.


  4. Click Reset password.

    The character requirements are displayed, along with a strength indicator.


    An email with a link is sent to confirm your new password.
     

    Note: If your credentials are correct and you still experience a delay in receiving the password reset email, check with your agency administrator. If the problem continues, log a case to the support team.
  5. Click the link in the email to confirm your new password.

If you connect from another computer, or if you change your browser, two-factor authentication will apply, adding extra steps to your login procedure.

  1. After entering your User name, Office ID and Password in the Sign in page, you will receive a temporary password by email, SMS or voice call, depending on your settings, which you will need to enter at login.

  2. In the One-Time Password field, enter the temporary password received.

  3. Enter your password in the Password field.
  4. Click Sign in.
