On his death the Barony of Audley of Heleigh (and also probably the Barony of Martin) fell (in accordance with modern doctrine) into abeyance between his sisters or their descendants. Over 50 years later his great-nephew was summoned to Parliament in 1408, whereby the abeyance of the Barony of Audley of Heleigh was probably terminated in his favour.
