Ravindra Jadeja’s Father:

Ravindra Jadeja’s father, Anirudhsinh Jadeja, switched quite a few jobs, working as a watchman in a private company at one point in time. Anirudhsinh wanted his son to serve in the army. The star Indian cricketer was scared of his father during his childhood days. In 2019, Anirudhsinh joined politics.

Ravindra Jadeja’s Mother:

Ravindra Jadeja’s mother, Lata Jadeja, lived with her husband in a one-room employee flat allotted to her as she worked in a government hospital. She was a sportsperson as well. She loved her son and encouraged him to go outside and play cricket as she felt that it would help in deviating his mind from the family’s struggles at home in trying to make ends meet. Lata also contributed a good part of her income to her family.

Lata Jadeja passed away in a tragic accident in 2005. Her son was only 17 years old back then and he contemplated leaving the sport.

Ravindra Jadeja’s first elder sister, Naina Jadeja

It is interesting to note that Ravindra’s first elder sister, Naina Jadeja, campaigned for Congress alongside father Anirudhsinh while Bharatiya Janata Party fielded Rivaba Jadeja from the Jamnagar North seat for the Gujarat Assembly Elections 2022. Rivaba eventually emerged victorious with over 57 percent vote share. Both Naina and Rivaba maintained that their differences were only based on their political views and their relationship as sister-in-laws didn’t take a beating in the process. Before starting her career in politics, Naina used to work as a nurse in a local hospital in her hometown.

Ravindra Jadeja’s second elder sister, Padmini Jadeja:

Padmini Jadeja also supported her brother during his young days as a cricketer. On December 3, 2016, Padmini got married to Haryana’s Vivek Sharma. In an interview, Naina mentioned how her brother stays in contact with her and Padmini when he is out on tours.

Ravindra Jadeja’s wife

Ravindra Jadeja’s wife Rivaba Jadeja is a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly from the Jamnagar North Assembly constituency. Rivaba was born to Hardev Singh Solanki, a businessman, and Prafullaba Solanki, an employee of the Indian Railways. She is also the niece of Congress politician Hari Singh Solanki. Rivaba got engaged to Ravindra Jadeja on February 5, 2016, at the latter’s restaurant, Jaddu’s Food Field. They tied the knot on April 17, 2016.

Ravindra Jadeja’s daughter

Ravindra Jadeja and Rivaba Jadeja were blessed with an adorable daughter on June 8, 2017. The parents named her Nidhyana and gave her the nickname Nidhu. Due to personal reasons, the couple refrains from sharing pictures of the little one on social media.
