Beautiful 2 bedroom ground level suite with the beach at your doorstep. Relax and enjoy the sunrise while the eagles, whales, and other wildlife play. Take a ride on our paddle boards or kayak, roast a s’more by the fire on the beach or cast a rod while coho are running in the fall. There is always so much to see and do at the beach! We are a 6 minute drive from the airport, 15 minute drive to downtown and only 20 minutes to the base of Mt. Washington (Ski Resort)... Welcome to Paradise!

The space
This house was designed with the view being the basis of its existence. Many large windows to look out at the ocean. The suite just went under renovations that included a new kitchen, floors, hot tub, new appliances and furnishings and more.

We have provide all the comforts of home; clean luxurious bedding and towels, Shampoo, conditioner and soap, in suite Landry, coffee, high speed internet, flat screen TV with cable and netflix. The Master bedroom includes a Sealy posturepedic king mattress. The Hot tub is off the master bedroom and boasts amazing views of the great pacific.

In the living room the sofa can be made into a bed to provide more sleeping space.

We have a paddle board and two kayaks for guest use. Baby gear such as a pack and play, booster seat and toys are available upon request.

This is a split level suite with a family living upstairs. We hope the ocean waves drown sounds out from the world but it is only natural that you will hear pitter patters from upstairs as well as some traffic noise from the Island highway.

Guest access
Your own private entrance and parking with a Large back yard and beach access. There is a small staircase to get to the beach right in front of the suite doors.

Other things to note
We are a family of 5 living upstairs with young kids. Although we are respectful and do our best to be quiet it is important to know you will hear us. I would compare it to hotel or apartment living.

The house is off the island Highway. Please note you will hear highway noise in the back room adjacent to the highway.

Storm watching is a thing, really.....We are so close to the ocean that an armored wall is needed. Imagine experiencing one of these huge storms with waves splashing over the wall spraying your window. I can’t wait for storm season, it’s so mysterious, mesmerizing and peaceful to watch. All cozy and cuddled up inside with a cup of hot coco (or glass of wine).

The beach directly out front is rocky but just down a tiny ways (1 min walk) there is a sandy beach, known to the locals as “Stories Beach.”

Stories beach is a popular spot to surf. During storms when the waves are big many surfers enjoy themselves just outside our suite! Bring your own gear and wetsuit :)
