Chad, Mike, Joanne, and Kim supplied a warm setting reassuring our trepidations with market geographic competitive transactions that supported us selling twice and buying twice. With a special attentive understanding of our needs and budget, we were protected from the point of achieving pre-approval to the last signature on the closing of all contracts. Since our last transaction in May of this year, 2023, Chad has continued future investment opportunities by showing us land in Cedar Lake. We recently stopped by the Keyser office to view the open property wall that opens up the future of homes, rental, and commercial real estate. From unimproved land to urban, suburban, or rural homes and farms, Chad Haywood and the Mike Haywood Group stand on top of all other real estate firms I have encountered in my 71 years of living. Sold a Vacant Land home in 2023 in New creek, WV.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsWarning, this is a non investor friendly realtor. Do not hire this guy if you are from out of state or honestly just in general. If your property can’t sell itself, Chad definitely can’t sell it for you. Almost impossible to get ahold of. Numerous leads were sent to him and never received a response. Only real tactic displayed to try and sell a property is to continually lower asking price and then tell seller ”they need to spend money to make money”. I wanted to cancel my contract with Chad after months without even getting a single offer on my property, he fought tooth and nail and dragged the process out for another 3 months without getting a singular offer. Has a weird clause in his contract trying to still demand a commission up to two years after cancellation. Watch out for this guy. - Highly likely to recommend5.05.0

He was extremely helpful and I knew I could count on him. We had some issues because this was an estate sale and it was 2 properties converted into one, but he was able to help get the deeds for both properties cleared. I would recommend him to anyone! He was great to work with!
