Hello! I was pulling for HoF stigmata and ended up with 3 T and 1 M, I have 1000 stigma resonance if I can salvage one more stigmata for resonance I could complete my HoF. I’ve heard that kallen pledge awards stigma resonance but can anyone confirm that? Thank you in advance!

In open world. That is the most f2p and longest way to farm it. If you require a fast way, craft a G1 stig on forgery and convert it to resonance, however this will use ether fuel, which is precious.
I see, I’ll probably go until end of banner and if I don’t get the B piece I’ll just farm a G1. Thank you !
The f2p and long way to go is to farm go materials at blade grave (physical) and craft balmung and convert it. It's not recommended if you have forge stigmas to craft yet (margrave, elysia, handel) because it takes a long time and it's just wasteful in regards to fuel.
Balmung is a weapon, therefore it will gvie weapon resonance, not stigma
