Part of a Dubuque street has reopened after a lengthy closure. Jackson Street between East 30th Street and East 32nd Street is now open to traffic. The road had been closed since August when the Dubuque Brewing & Malting Co. building, located at the corner of 30th and Jackson, was deemed a danger to the public. Partial demolition of the structure has been completed and safety concerns to public using the right-of-way in the area have been addressed. A portion of East 30th Street remains closed. Â
