Requirements:

  • 1 pc. 2×2 ID Photo (white background)

  1. Strategic Communications and Marketing Department (SCM) – Room 102-A 
    • Verify the online application information and process the Applicant ID after initial evaluation of    requirements to be submitted. Fill-out applicant’s module: https://aims.lpu.edu.ph/lpumnl/applicants 
    • Present Grade 12 School ID (Photocopy) 
  2. Pay the Entrance Exam fee at the Cashier’s Office
    • Php 500.00
  3. Return to Strategic Communications and Marketing Department (SCM) – Room 102-A for the Exam Schedule and Permit.

ONLINE Enrollment Procedures

LCET Passers List of Requirements for Online Enrollment:

  1. Scanned copy of Most Recent Grade 12 Report Card or Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation
  2. Scanned copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  3. Scanned copy of Valid Government issued ID of Guardian (If minor 17 years old and below)

Note: Must have taken and PASSED the LPU College Entrance Test (L-CET)

STEP 1: Fill out the Online Enrollment Application

STEP 2: The applicant will receive an email from admission.mnl@lpu.edu.ph with the unofficial ENROLLMENT ASSESSMENT FORM (EAF) and the applicant can proceed to payment.  

  • Pay enrollment fees in full or partial thru https://bit.ly/LPUMNL-PaymentGuide
    • Gcash, BPI, Metrobank, M Lhuillier, Bayad Center, and/or Remittance
  • The minimum down payment for enrollment is Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00)
  • The applicant will email a copy of the proof of payment together with his/her unofficial Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) to cashier@lpu.edu.ph with email subject: 1st Sem., AY 24-25_Dela Cruz_Juan_Pablo_Enrollment Payment 
  • For the copy of the official receipt of enrollment payment, applicant may request from the Cashier’s Office onsite or via email  cashier@lpu.edu.ph

STEP 3:  Upon confirmation of enrollment payment, the applicant will receive an email from the Admission Office with the Official Enrollment Assessment Form attached.  

  • Please be reminded to submit the original copies of admission requirements to the Admissions Office – Room 104A on or before August 14, 2024.

  • Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence; if the country or territory of origin is already a member of the Apostille Convention, authentication of the Philippine Foreign Service is no longer necessary. Certificate of completion of secondary education (senior high school / grade 12 or its equivalent)  
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character or Recommendation from the School Guidance Counselor or Principal

  • A notarized affidavit of support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institution-al scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.

          For CITHM Students only: If the student fails the Hepa B screening, student must shift to a non-CITHM program as soon as possible.

  • For Medical and Dental check-up, please proceed to the Health Services Department (HSD) – Room 127.
  • For purchase of school uniform (if applicable), Official Red Shirt, and P.E. uniform please proceed to the Bookstore – Room 125.

Note: All International Hospitality Management students should be cleared by the HSD before purchasing the uniform.

Enlistment for Transferees

  • Present the evaluation of credited subjects (If applicable) to the Enrollment Adviser who will enlist the subjects to be enrolled.

STEP 2: Cashier’s Office 

  • Present the unofficial EAF for payment of the full or down payment

STEP 3: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) – Room 218 

  • Apply for the School ID & secure student official student accounts
  • School ID will be released after the issuance of medical clearance      

STEP 4: Health Services Department – Room 127 

  • Undergo Medical and Dental check-up.
  • There will be an additional fee for the following laboratory tests:
    • All programs except for International Hospitality Management programs
      • CBC, Urinalysis, Fecalysis and Chest X-Ray: Php 500.00
  • International Hospitality Management programs
    • Basic 4+, HBsAg, Anti HBs and Anti HAV: Php 1,600.00

     Note: Lab tests may be done at any DOH accredited clinic or laboratory.

STEP 5: Bookstore – Room 125 

  • Purchase of school uniform (If applicable) or Official Red Shirt, and P.E. uniform.

Note: All International Hospitality Management Programs should be cleared by HSD before availing the uniform.

STEP 6: Admissions Section – Room 104A

  • Update the profile in the school database.

  • CHANGING OF SUBJECTS AND SCHEDULES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR DISSOLVED SUBJECTS OR WITH VALID REASON. 
  • Enrollment Hours: Monday to Saturday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Orientation schedule will be announced through LPU website and Facebook Page.
