Denis (Dee) Looney

Looney Denis (Dee), 11th May 2024, Kilmacud and formerly of Rathcoole, Birr, Killarney and An Post; peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Acorn Lodge Nursing Home, Cashel; devoted husband of the late Daisy (Elizabeth), loving dad of Ailish and Denise, adored granddad of Henry, Seamus, Róisín, Moira and Fiona and a beloved brother of Michael, Jackie and the late Timmy.

Denis will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving daughters, sons-in-law Andy and Stuart, grandchildren, brothers, sisters-in-law Mary and Denise, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am in Church of the Holy Family, Rathcoole, followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery arriving at approximately 12.45pm.
