Was helping my dad find a specific car, and got in touch with Mena. He was extremely helpful and was able to find what we were looking for perfectly. He made everything so easy and his customer service went above and beyond expectations. Will definitely ask for him in a few years when it's time to get myself a new vehicle. Ordering my truck here was a great and easy experience, I got a great deal and when it came to picking up my brand new truck it was quick and straight to the point thanks to Alfred. I will recommend this dealer because of him and great prices.

Words can't express the absolute horridness of an experience my husband and I had here but moral of the story is STAY AWAY this place is a total RIP OFF and SCAM. You have so many options for buying a car don't waste your money or time with the nonexistent customer service and subpar inventory.

My husband found a 2021 JEEP Sahara 4XE (hybrid) in green that we wanted to not only test drive but purchase. He worked with Javier over the phone to inquire about its availability. Javier told my husband to secure the vehicle so that it wouldn't get sold, he would need to fill out the online application and put a deposit down on the car. My husband went through the motions and filled out the application and even get comps on different leasing price options but couldn't complete their online deposit form so in conversation via text with Javier my husband let him know he was on his way (with the down payment for the vehicle) and Javier via text let him know that he marked it AS SOLD. When my husband and I arrived 45mins later they let us know that the car was already sold to another client. Which was completely unfortunate, and I wasn't that torn up because when we got there the car was filthy (did not look like a showroom car rather a car they took off-roading) and the tires were not the BF Goodrich all terrain tires that usually accompany a jeep. And I know those things could have been changed but what I am getting at is that I was flexible on what we looked at.

My husband of course being more upset because he was lied to by Javier (who by the way told me that he wasn't sorry cause he everything correctly) of course showed it verbally due to the fact they HAD 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE and they already pulled his credit for a car they sold basically forcing us to either work with them or go somewhere else and put another hard inquiry on our credit. So, when I tried to find a solution not only with Javier but with the manager it was literally like working with a wall. They weren't helpful, courteous or solutions driven. They literally shut down and refused to help. We tried to look at a Rubicon which I was more leaning towards getting but Javier said that he and ALL OTHER SALES associates refuse to help us because they don't work on commission, but customer service and they think we are going to give them a horrible review. I let him know that the situation they put us in wasn't good and underhanded but good customer service comes from the apology, support, and advocacy towards a solution for the customer and they literally had nothing to give just an "ohh well, go home" approach. If he would have apologized, cracked a joke and shown us the Rubicon we would have turned an original 55K Sahara purchase into a possible 68k Rubicon purchase but again they ALL LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is a total rip off. The cars were all dirty and the sales team is rude. If all you require is someone standing by to show you a dirty car you need to higher your standards or go online for a car. You go into a dealership for service and human support. This place shouldn't even be in business as I've experienced better sales and customer service from and email ad. They literally had 8 cars to look at and all of them looked like abandoned street trash.

I will also contact their corporate office since they only work off reviews not commission and let them know that this causes a negative effect on their sales. They will literally miss out on so many opportunities because they aren't willing to engage in conflict that they themselves cause from being SHADY AF!

Had a great buying experience here! Worked with Mena and he was great all around. Very helpful with ordering truck and very responsive through the build and buying process. This dealership is definitely not pushy like others that I have been too.
