Hi question, nagapply kasi ako for PlayEveryday cc last October 03, but until now Pending pa din status. Wala ba ako option but to wait? Or pwede ko ba ifollow up in branch or sa customer service hotline? I think isang problem sa application ko kasi is yung 3 signature specimen hindi ko naprovide, ID lang with signature in it.
Any updates sa inyo ? INOS reference ko and kapag triny mo sya i check gamit yun

Hi po, applied din before and was given INOS ref #, tas when I checked sa link cancelled din lumalabas. I called also sa hotline nila to check yung status (niremove ko lang yung INOS so yung 16-digit ref num lang yung ininput ko and gumana naman siya, need lang DOB for confirmation). Sa hotline ang sinasabi is not approved, instead of cancelled. Baka po same case so declined/not approved na

Hi nagapply me ng credit card then ngsend sila sa email ko ng ref number to check the status of my application and yet when typing my ref# it didn't work

Hi all, I called CS regarding the invalid reference number. From moneymax daw kasi yung application kaya invalid sa end nila.
Hello. May progress ba sa application mo? Nagemail lang ako sa kanila kaso wala talagang tumawag sakin. Although hiningi n naman nila yung mga docs na need nila during the application sa portal. Ang reply ng UB sa email ko is 12 to 14 banking days ang review nila.
Hello! Wala eh! Hindi man lang hiningi yung docs para mag push through application tho siguro nga kasi wala sa end pa nila yung application ko. Gawan na lang daw niya follow-up pero until now wala pa rin. Nag email din ako last week e no response from them 😅
Its a bit sad and frustrating sa totoo lang lalo pag andaming naaapprove within hours lang na sa Moneymax din nagapply😂😂😂 haha. Hopefully we can hear from them in the coming days na 🤞

Same! Have you gotten any response from UB? I am starting to think that the link was fake kaya invalid yung binigay na reference number 🥹. I tried calling UB and wala sa options nila sa IVR ang reference number starting in INOS

I just want to ask, after my application submitted I received this email "We are pleased to inform you that your UnionBank Credit Card for __________ending in________has been created and will to be delivered to your chosen address. Once you’ve received the card, you may activate it through UnionBank Online". Did the UB approved my application? But why I did not received a reference number?

Hi, gano katagal po nung nareceive niyo yung text from the day na nagapply kayo? Wala kasi akong natanggap via text or email and almost 1 month na nung nagapply ako.
Same day got "approved" nov 22 still no update from them just waiting up to 10 business days before the card arrive, will follow up to them once not receive.
