very good

Excellent location between train station and city centre, clean rooms (business like), good food and wine cellar! Reception is friendly and professional. Ideal for a weekend or a short stay, or for business meetings - conferences

Good business hotel

Stayed here just one night for work. The staff was helpful. Typical business room. Two single beds pushed together. Air conditioning worked well. Wireless functioned well. Bathroom only had bulk soap dispensed. No wash cloths so it was hard to shower. Overall what you expect for 100 euro a night business hotel.

Good location - expecially for the train station

Quick stay here and seemed to be a really good option. Close to everything - take a nice stroll in the old town... and directly beside the train station that served me well. Enjoyed a beer on the patio which was great. Would stay again.

Meetings

Excellent and friendly service! The management is extremely professional. Meeting rooms were spacious and the ambience was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located near the train station and not far from the autobahn.

Pleasant, but a bit average

Don't get me wrong, very nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, so better than average, but not by much, as it felt a bit generic. Pleased that request I made when booking for a double bed with just one mattress (instead of two single beds being pushed together) was granted. Check-in was easy, and all the necessary information was supplied on a slip of paper (like WiFi password). Rooms good and clean, but a little minus on the supply of bathroom items (hand wash mounted to wall and difficult to squeeze out, same with shower gel). Breakfast was a good but not overwhelming selection, most people sitting directly in front of the buffet where it was difficult for staff and other guest to manoeuvre when trying to get to the food. Nice hotel but the Felix is better

I tried this hotel based on a high review . Overall the hotel was very nice, clean rooms , good service , very nice breakfast selection ( which you pay for ) and dinner was very good also . Rooms were on the typical small side , especially the bathrooms . Great location . But I will be going back to the Felix for a better overall experience .

Great Hotel

Even though this isn't a chain, I was extremely pleased with the hotel, cleanliness, hospitality and amenities. This hotel is located in a great location, near the train station and beautiful downtown Bensheim. The pleasant surprise that this hotel is lovely. It is very clean, modern and the hotel staff is attentive and accomodating. I would definately come back to this hotel.

Pleasant hotel with excellent staff

This is a pleasant hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Bedrooms are clean and well equipped. Food has been good. Conference facilities are also good. Railway station within 50 metres with good links to Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Mannheim, so worth thinking about for business people not willing to pay city centre prices. Interesting town for tourists - picturesque.

Best hotel in Bensheim

Modern refurbished rooms and a wonderful big breakfast buffet with both tasty hot and cold selections. Whenever I travel to Bensheim I try to book this hotel. Because it's so popular it's almost always fully booked. Be aware of this and make your reservations accordingly.

very good hotel, near train station

we booked this hotel as we were walking a trade show in Frankfurt. next door to train station, train every 30min and about 30min journey. very nice room, staff very pleasant,nice breakfast and cheap bar. would stay again
