Customers Have Spoken: BlackBerry Named a 2024 Customers’ Choice for Unified Endpoint Management Tools in Gartner® Peer Insights™

Customers from around the world recommend BlackBerry® Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) which helped BlackBerry to be recognized as a Customers’ Choice vendor for 2024, in the Gartner® Peer Insights™ for Unified Endpoint Management Tool category.

This is the second consecutive year for BlackBerry to be placed in the upper right quadrant, based on customer feedback on deployment experience, product capabilities, and support experience for BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). This also closely follows our recognition as a Customers’ Choice in the endpoint protection platform (EPP) category.

This Gartner Peer Insights report names BlackBerry as a Customers’ Choice for UEM with an overall average rating of 4.5 out of 5. And our customers rate BlackBerry UEM even higher for Product Capabilities, Deployment Experience and Support Experience, with each category scoring 4.6 out of 5. Also, nearly 9 out of 10 customers are willing to recommend BlackBerry based on 72 total reviews as of December 2023 — and BlackBerry is one of three vendors with a Customers' Choice distinction.

The MDM is very mature and includes a large set of functionality and features as well as many useful add-ons. Support from Blackberry when required has been amazing, with their support engineers being very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.”

“Great sales team, provided a lengthy Proof of Concept period to test the technology and evaluate against all our requirements. Blackberry UEM has the architecture and control capabilities to meet our strict enterprise security standards. The pre-sales team went above and beyond to answer all our questions and help us deploy the proof of concept, especially helping us test Kerberos management, which was a deficiency of our prior MDM solution. All of this, plus reasonable commercial terms, made it an easy decision to approve the purchase. We included a Technical Account Manager for the first year of our contract and this has proven to be a valuable resource continuing to refine and enhance our deployment, as well as address post-deployment issues. The user feedback on the UEM product has been outstanding, with most issues being opportunities for training as the platform is feature-rich. The performance of mail delivery has been fast, the synchronization much improved from our prior MDM, and the overall mobile app usability is much improved. We are able to now plan strategically for utilizing Mobile Application Management and enable more mobile experiences for our internal users."
