靠朋友專登行去訂先訂到夜晚九點既枱~ 真係好誇張呀🙈間店唔大,只係serve到20人左右。都有唔少日本人幫襯!叫咗幾樣比較出名既食物,高湯蛋卷、豆腐、福袋同牛根煮。味道的確係好唔錯👍🏻 個人最喜歡豆腐,連啲湯都飲埋🤣 高湯蛋卷個調味又係做得岩岩好,仲要好滑🤤 店員仲介紹咗煮桔,都幾特別覺得可以一試🍊嘢食的確係出色,而且係日本廚師主理,有去咗日本既感覺。但預約困難同埋要約到咁夜就令人有啲卻步🙈 繼續閱讀

𝑭𝑰𝑵𝑨𝑳𝑳𝒀 𝑴𝑨𝑫𝑬 𝑰𝑻 𝑻𝑶 Kyoto Oden Masa! If you’ve about this place, you’ll understand how difficult it is to secure a booking here 😂 It’s almost impossible to secure a slot at a “regular” meal hour so you really need to try your luck with this place! We stopped by at 11pm on a weekend and finally managed to try this infamous oden spot out! 🍢🇯🇵 Pic 1️⃣: 高湯蛋卷 - $88 hkd 🍳 — A MUST order!! Probably one of the best tamagoyaki’s I’ve ever had. The egg was super light and fluffy, and went perfectly with the flavourful dashi. Pic 2️⃣&3️⃣: 親子丼 - $98 hkd 🍚🐓🍳 — Just wow. Again, this might be the best oyako don I’ve had in HK. Compared to other oyako don’s I’ve had, this had a bit more moisture to it. The simmered egg was smooth, saucy with the perfect balance of sweetness and savouriness. The chicken pieces were well marinated and super tender as well.Pic 4️⃣: 腐皮福袋 - $58 hkd — Loved this! The mochi in the centre was super chewy and the tofu pouch was delicious!Pic 5️⃣: 卷椰菜 - $88 hkd 🥬 — Generous filling of the pork which was nicely seasoned.Pic 6️⃣: 高湯浸燒茄子 - $58 hkd 🍆 — Sooo good! Wasn’t aware this dish would be served cold but the flavours were so on point! The dashi for this was more savoury, with a stronger bonito flavour to it. The eggplant pieces really soaked up all the flavours really well. Loved the grated ginger on top for an extra aroma boost!Pic 7️⃣: 雞肉丸 - $49 hkd 🐔 — These chicken meat balls had a strong meaty flavour and good texture.📍Ambiance: This restaurant really reminds me of Japan! Dinner. Seated at bar counter.Here’s what we had. Sashimi platter: mackerel, hamachi, Uni, squid, sea bream Eggplant in dashi (cold dish)Thin white noodles with clams and uni. Loved the broth: sweet Fig covered with thick miso sauce, which was too much and too strong. Beef tendon, turnip topped with bonito shreds and 蒟蒻Mochi-alike wrapped in Beancurd sheet, shaped like 福袋Siu Mai in broth- texture unlike its Chinese counterpart; quite soft.Eel TempuraWasabi mochi as dessert.In summary: yummy oden feast. 兩個星期前網上預約,只有 17:00 或 21:00時間可以入座,疫情期間早已習慣 early dinner,因此選了17:00 。食店面積細小,兩位本地及日藉女侍應的服務態度很好,收拾完枱面便退回櫃位等候,日藉女侍應的英語良好,溝通完全沒有問題。雖然跟主廚沒有交流,但食物質素整體良好,當做食物有栗蟹,上菜時甚有驚喜,因為整隻蟹已拆肉,進食方便不少,另外刺生非常新鮮,炸物也是即叫即切,放久了依然鬆脆,屬最喜愛的菜式 繼續閱讀
