The hotel is in the city centre next to mall Galeria Dominikańska, 600m from old town and 1 km from railway station. Big room and bathroom. Fantastic breakfast: warm dishes, cakes,milk shakes, goffres, stuffed toasts, sweet cakes, milk dessters with fruits, fruits, juices and many others.

I stayed there 4 month and the treatment was awful. Everytime I prolonged my stay, reception made a lot of incidents, like forget about my reservation and leave me without room. Not only me but even with my colleagues, it looks like we are not welcomed there, even if we stayed for months

Clean, super location, excellent breakfast options. Just try to avoid rooms from 316-332 or buy ear plugs, especially if you are a light sleeper, as there is some annoying device running at night. But apart from that, the overall experience was pleasant.

The hotel is easily accessible from the railway station (walk 10 minutes, tram or taxi). I had an privileged room, they are spacious and comfortable. it's the small things that make the difference (rain shower, anti fog mirror,...) I felt really safe in the hotel during Covid. The breakfast is delicious and corona proof. The best breakfast I had so far in Poland during this crisis. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty and nicely presented. A few minutes away from the old market square.

We planned a weekend trip to Wrocław: almost all the booked attractions were in the center and we needed a parking lot for the car. We chose Mercure and it was an excellent choice. As a bonus, in the same building there is a shopping center where you can find some good cafes. The hotel itself is comfortable with spacious rooms and comfortable, large beds. You can probably find several other hotels in the center of Wrocław that are more stylish or more comfortable, but Mercure is the optimal combination at a reasonable price, especially if you don't want to worry about parking your car.

Located in a tranport hub, near the old town, conected with a mall, it is a perfect spot.It has very helpful staff ( a special remark for Wojtech), very clean and a good breakfast.Incredible Cathedral wiew. We lived on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, all the good things were overshadowed by a persistent noise of a compressor (probably belonging to the mall next to the hotel) located right next to the wall of the access hall. The noise, very annoying, lasted about 15 minutes, stopped for 5 minutes and started again. Non stop. If the day was bearable, during the night it turns dreams into nightmares. I understood from those who lived on the 6th floor that they had exactly the same problem. I consider unacceptable for the hotel management to do not to take measures to solve this problem. people come to a hotel to rest in silence, not to have extreme experiences, like living in a metalurgic factory..

Noise on the 6th floor can occur due to the shopping center's devices. Rarely do we receive a complaint about it from guests and we always move them to another room. It does not happen every day, but if it does, we are here to react! The noise on the 4th floor is audible on the parking lot, but we haven't received feedback regarding it before. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service and for the team kindness. It was our first time in Poland and we were comfortable right away like at home. Many thanks to Alewandra and her colleague for all tips (things to do in town, free gluten restaurant...) and for your help with our train ticket to Cracovie. Our favourite hotel in Beautiful Wroclaw Due to reason Beyond our control COVID-19 very regrettable that we had to cancel our visit this year to this fabulous hotel in June 🙁 We both missing the warm & friendly staff that you have @,this hotel there English very good all ways point out new places that we visit while we with you & the amazing breakfast that you have on offer. Perfect location if You want to visit main Wrocław's attractions. Excellent staff, reasonable price for the room. Unfortunately, the walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you can hear everything hat is going on in the room next door.

Stayed here for a week. Good hotel. Room was a bit stuffy as you could not open the window. Some deco needs a bit attention. Housekeeping was ok but bedding was not changed in the week we were there. Staff were okay most did not acknowledge you. But Eliza on night shift was the best. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Eliza.

As it was mentioned above by our amazing guests we do have connecting rooms. The only thing is that in such rooms we have only double beds inside.

Not far at all - probably about a five-minute walk. Also, the hotel is next door to a large shopping mall with shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
