Miami Palmetto Senior High School Reviews
Rating 3.74 out of 5 670 reviews
I have very mixed reviews of this school. While the teachers and facilities do their best to ensure the college readiness of students and their safety, I think it all comes down to the kids. I've had moments of feeling unsafe or unprotected, but the staff does try their best with what they've got. On the bright side, this school has a plethora of activities and clubs that help students feel involved and heard. There are a bunch of great staff who care about the students and their mental health, but there are a few bad apples in the bunch. Nevertheless, we receive more than quality education with a vast amount of tools provided before us. The teachers try their best to support every one of us. I have a lot of good memories in this school and a lot of poor ones, but for the most part, this school has been better than any other that I've gone to!
School is very biased. The only upload pictures of people who are popular and they’re good-looking. If you’re not good looking you or if you’re not popular, do not include you to any social media account that will get me. the security guard lets popular people order food but if you’re not popular, you can’t. You can barely do anything at Palmetto because you have to pay for little thing. It’s ridiculous. You have to pay money to take biology and capitalism because it’s required over the teachers excellent students are very respectful for the teachers.
Miami Palmetto Senior High School, in my experience, has provided a perfect foundation for me to build my skills and prepare for college. The AP classes come in a wide variety, each teacher is dedicated to their craft, and administrative figures work with students to overcome any difficulties they may have.
