Unprofessional attitude by the manager

We reached the restaurant at 8.40 pm, i understand we were little late and we were ok to not dine in. But the attitude of the manager (a bald guy) was unprofessional and he was rude. He could have politely told us. Terrible attitude by the guy and never to visit this restaurant again. My husband was kind enough to leave the place, I would have given him a good ear. Terrible pissed and irritated 😣

Everything about this place is nice. There is valet parking. And the sea food is fresh. The food is worth the price. And the service is good. My family is a frequent visitor to this place. It has memberships and also celebrates ur birthday with love and delicious desserts. What more do u want?!

Good Place to Have a Family Lunch

Yesterday we had very tasty chines food lunch at Mainland China, Jayanagar. Ambient was very good and service was excellent. Easy to locate but no parking place. Valet parking is available.

Tasty cuisine, good service

The menu served on convenient tablets, so it is easy to choose the dish. Thom Yum and Singapore noodles was brilliant! I couldn't stop myself until I ate it all. Hope to visit this please again.

Family Lunch Outing

We had a wonderful Sunday afternoon family lunch at Mainland China. This chain of restaurants has always been a family favorite and we decided to try out their outlet in Jayanagar this time. And we were not disappointed. The food was par excellence and the service was superb. Special thanks to Saroj and Alok for their service. Appetizers - we ordered the all time favourite crackling spinach, momos, corn pepper fry and a paneer dish. All cooked to perfection. Main Course - Burnt Garlic Noodles, Schezwan Fried Rice, Exotic Vegetables in Hot Garlic Sauce, Cottage Cheese and Corn in Hot Pot - again each dish had its own unique flavor and taste. The veggies were cooked with a tanginess to them. Desserts - Palm jaggery icecream with toasted almonds, coconut caramel custard and mango pudding. Would have gone for seconds if we were not already full Will definitely recommends this place to all residents of the area as well as anybody visiting Jayanagar. Thank you to the management for superb service

Dining at mainland China jayanagar

Bad experience.Food was pathetic plus attitude of manager is disappointing Iand my family regret for dining here.Dishes or starters are either too sweet or too hot ..Even after request , they didn't make it good.Hard earned 3000 rupees went down the drain.While I was explaining one of the manager walked out casually what a pathetic attitude I have visited couple of times but not anymore. Feel like I was cheated for for my money.Disgusting

Spectacular food and drinks

The dynamite prawns were dynamite.. They had flavor and excellent spice in every bite. Them and the honey noodles with ice cream were brilliant. The dimsums were a little band for our taste. Noodles and fried rice were good.

Delicious with great flavour

We were passing the restaurant around 11pm and were hungry. Suddenly decided to get in for dinner. Asked anything is available. The manager told it open till 12 night. Greated very nicely and it was less crowded and people are enjoying the food. Started going through the digital manu card. Decided to have Eight Treasure soup and picked up one more menu from today's special stand which was in every table. It was pan fried noodles mixed with carb meat and prown. The taste of soup was excellent without adding anything. Later on added little bit garlic sauce which looks made locally and taste was scrumptious. The noodles preparation was delicious. As we were hungry, so enjoyed our dinner and walked to our home.

Consistent food quality

Had been on 14th September for dinner, excellent food n service, the best part is the consistent quality n taste...never witnessed in any of the other Chinese joints in Bangalore, probably they are successful in retaining their chef, I assume😊, well definelty a decent place for a Chinese in Jayanagar for sure. Definelty recommend for Chinese.

Consistent quality, tasty food and excellent service

If you are in Jayanagar, Bengaluru and wish to have a scumptuous Chinese meal head for Mainland China at 5th Block. The place remains consistent for quality food with topmost taste. The prawn dimsum, Jiang Chilly Chicken, pan fried noodles with hot garlic chicken and Mango pannacota were yummy. Plus their service was top notch despite running to a packed house on a Saturday evening. A must visit when in this part of Bengaluru.

I am back with you Mainland China!

I used to be an ardent fan of Mainland China because of the quality of their food but lately it got so much boring and with meant other options available, I didn't prefer to go there. However, this time I felt that the place has found it's mojo back. The food was quite delicious and so was the service. Menu has changed and decent options are available, which are new and worth trying.

Went to this place on Friday evening when i was in a mood to have some Chinese after coming back from office. Basically this restaurant is famous for Chinese and Japanese cuisine. First impression when you enter this place is really nice , its a very calm place with soft music and very nice ambiance with nice decor. A very good place to come with your family. Coming to the food, first we had starters: 1. Basil flavored vegetable dumpling: they were really nice in taste, basically vegetable stuffed momos. 2.Truffle flavored Zucchini roll: these were OK in taste. 3. Crispy lotus stem with curry leaves and black pepper: This is a must try dish if you visit this place, crispy lotus stem with a very nice taste. 4. Dynamite cottage cheese: The presentation of this dish was very nice just like a dynamite, but the taste was OK not that good. Main Course: 1. stir fried seasonal vegetables in smoked chili sauce: this was really nice in taste with baby corn, capsicum , beans etc. 2. Japanese wheat noodles: They were really nice in taste. 3. Vegetable and Edamame Fried Rice: these were really nice fried rice with veggies . Desert: 1. Mango pudding : this was just amazing with good flavor of mango and just melt in the mouth. 2. Chocolate dome with warm chocolate sauce: very nice presentation and awesome in taste , a must have if you are visiting. Consists of brownie, vanilla ice cream and caramelized popcorn. For drinks I tried : Mint storm which was nice in taste and Orange piroksha which also had an amazing taste with a blend of orange. Staff is very courteous and the service is also very good.
