The space
This charming little corner was completely renovated in 2023 to offer you the maximum comfort and allow you to live an unforgettable experience, mixing relaxation and discovery of our beautiful region.

The small studio, located on the 1st floor without an elevator, includes a small entrance hall, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) and a main room with a small balcony closed by two large windows.

You will also find two light sunbeds in the studio that you can take away and install in the garden or by the pool.

Just 1.5 km away, you can discover the beautiful and famous beach of the "Praia da Falésia", where various water sports are offered to guests.

The studio is close to local supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The complex it is in is very quiet and the gardens are beautiful.

The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 35 km away. There is a bus stop a few minutes from the accommodation. The 8 bus serves the city of Albufeira in 13 minutes. Uber is also very convenient and affordable. While you can do everything on foot, a car is highly recommended. Free and guaranteed parking spaces are available right next to the listing.

Other things to note
Starting May 21, 2024, Albufeira City Hall began collecting a city tax. In accordance with the regulations, this tourist tax of two euros will be applied between April 1 and October 31. It applies for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or older. This tax applies to paid nights in hotels, local accommodations, campsites, and caravans.

If you are traveling between November 1 and March 31, you will have to pay the tourist tax via the Airbnb platform. afterwards I will refund the tax via the Resolutions Center. This is necessary because Airbnb's platform does not allow to select the time of year when the tax is applicable.

We provide a small shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag, 2 coffee / sugar capsules and a bottle of water.

The pool is open during the seaside period, June-September.
In case the pool cannot be used for work, maintenance to the other no compensation can be claimed!

Between April and October, temperatures can be very high, which can lead to the appearance of insects such as cockroaches and cockroaches. However, we cannot guarantee the total absence of insects in the apartment and cannot be held responsible.
