Bethpage Senior High School Reviews
Rating 4.05 out of 5 212 reviews
Overall, Bethpage Senior High School is outstanding. The transition from middle school to high school is made as simple as possible by the district, which provides a set of three classes called the "Freshman Experience". Digital World aims to educate students on fundamental concepts of computer science and essential computer skills. Effective Communication consists of English grammar and high school-level English introduction. In addition, Effective Communications also familiarizes students with SAT-style English questions. Reading, Writing, and Research is a beginner's guide to research. Other students like me who moved here having no idea how to format citations for research papers or what a preposition was, because their previous school never taught them. These three classes were extremely beneficial. I am truly grateful that Bethpage High School focuses on not just the students they have, but the ones that join along the way.
I enjoyed my experience at Bethpage High School. Although there was little diversity Bethpage provided a safe and welcoming environment. I have built great relationships with teachers and faculty members who have helped guide me throughout my academic career.
In the future I would like to see the school involve students voices, and focus on all athletic programs equally.
