The Best Private Schools in Greater London, based on 2023's A-level results
Unsuprisingly, Greater London contains more top-ranked independent school than any other region.
Perhaps more surprisingly is that there are not many boarding schools. So if you are looking for boarding schools within a resonable commute of central London, you may also want to look at the Anglia or South East regional tables.
The league table below lists each school’s percentage of A-Level entries awarded A* and A grades, and percentage of the top GCSE grades (A*/A or 9, 8 and 7.) The latest grades are from summer 2023, and the next results will be released in the autumn of 2024.
