Swetha Ramakrishnan Firstpost The series is committed to showing Manoj Bajpayee as some sort of a "bechara" who can't catch a break. To his credit, Manoj Bajpayee's performance is impressive as always, but his comic timing came across as weak. Oct 9, 2023 Full Review Shah Shahid Blank Page Beatdown The Family Man joins all the other Indian original streaming shows that have introduced us to wonderful character actors that we otherwise would never have been in the spotlight. Nov 18, 2020 Full Review Akhil Arora Gadgets360 The Family Man shows itself to be very socially and politically aware but its inelegant handling of exposition, and inability to be tonally cohesive lets it down. Jul 3, 2020 Full Review Rohan Naahar Hindustan Times Funny, slick, and surprisingly relevant, Amazon Prime delivers its best Indian original series since Made in Heaven. Manoj Bajpayee is, as always, in excellent form. Sep 20, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

sachin j Lots of anti india content, whitewashing islamic terrorism Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/13/23 Full Review Shaunak V They try so much to sympathize with X religion for terrorism when the fact is it's the core of their religion. Otherwise it's a great thriller. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 06/18/23 Full Review Audience Member An espionage action thriller comedy with lots of local Indian flavor and charms. The show revolves around Srikant Tiwari portrayed by Manoj Bajpayee, a middle-class man working as an intelligence officer. The causal take on the everyday life of a Spy with its ups and downs, the mess up on the job, and the life at the family's end are fun to watch. The show has lots working for it, from superb casting, snappy dialogues, to nerve-racking situations, at the same time I do have complaints. The actual terrorist thriller parts only start off in the last quarter of the series. A lot of times, scenes end open-ended, you are left to your imagination to make on what happened, the season itself ends on a cliff-hanger. A fun series to watch but nothing exceptional. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member People who shoot police with guns, make others who love cows to eat them are innocents. Every actual terrorist has a special, emotional backstory against Indians. The truth about the Godhra train burning is not even spoken of, but everything else is. This a new age, polished, pro-terror show disguised as being liberal. As a liberal, this sort of show is deeply problematic.
