Nice winter getaway for kids to play but could use more adult supervision. Lots of games for kids to play in the arcade area. Fairly large playland for toddlers and older kids.

Long wait for food line. Plan ahead and try the whole pizza for a good deal.

Took my nephew to Magic Mountain for his birthday. when we got there we found they didn't have laser tag or bumper boats. we had to settle for mini golf, bumper cars and go-karts. the place was dirty. the mini golf had debris on half of there holes. the bumper cars we waited for over 15 minutes before we found someone to run them for us. there were not very many games in the very small game room. half of the games ate our tokens but they were so busy we couldn't tell anyone. the food was good but the wait was long. despite all of that we managed to still have some fun. I think next time we will try the other location.

Went here last year for the first time. Somewhat pricey if you opt to do a lot.

The laser tag was very fun, although had to wait a bit. They did appear to be light on staff at the center.

The go carts were excellent and lots of fun.

Miniature golf was good, with the scenery being fun.

The games in the arcade were scarce many of them under repair. Not a part of the event that looked worth it.

Overall, pretty good will go back, but not too often.

We will not return. This place is SO dirty it was unbelievable. Walking in, the parking lot alone had cups, water bottles and bags of trash every place. I had no idea the inside would be just as bad. Half of the games have signs that say they are broken. My daughter comes from the bathroom upset saying she wants to leave? I go in to see what she is talking about and the entire bathroom is flooded. A brown substance is floating in the water, and is down the bathroom doors. There was a caution wet floor sign up? Unacceptable and I am more than sure if the health department made a surprise visit it would have been shut down. My daughters shoes are being thrown away that's how wet they are from the mystery toilet water. This is in a nice part of town and am highly disappointed. If you are like us and value how you spend your limited free time and money with your family go else where.

I was completely dissatisfied with this place. We measure our son to make sure that he can ride the go-karts, who is according to his phycian 42" tall, and according to the measurement of the sign in the front as well 42". The guy measuring my son to pay and enter, leans over measures my son three times and says "he's too short he can't go in". Needless to say, I had to take sad, crying child out simply because the guy was too lazy to walk around after I told him I measured him at the front and he was over the line. We plan on going back to the area soon and even if he grows an inch I would not bother. It was dirty, rude people and in my opinion had more people than its capacity would allow. Thankfully it didn't ruin our trip.

We got a great deal through a local discount program for Magic Mountain, so we took our daughters (3, 6 & 9) for the day.
We wanted to ride the go-karts outside but they were closed until 5pm...check times before you go if that is something you really want to do. We did play the bumper cars inside, my 6 & 9 year olds really liked them. We also putt-putt outside, after about hole 7 we were all bored, they are basic plain holes, nothing fun or special about them. They are all pretty much the same.
After putt-putt headed inside to play games and order a snack. We split 100 tokens for $20, and that was enough for us to play for a while. Each game is between 1-4 tokens to play. Then had our snack of large fry, soft pretzel and large ICEE for about $9, not too bad. After snack we let the girls play in the kid gym (slides, tunnels, climbing, ball pit, etc). They had a good time and played for at least an hour. All together, we were at Magic Mountain for about 4 hours.
Bathrooms were a little out of place and no toilet paper or paper towels. Overall the place was average cleanliness, but I guess that comes with the type of place it is. Staff was very NICE and ATTENTIVE. (BTW: They also have batting cages, which we did not play).
Would I go again? Yes, especially for the price I paid for the tickets, and during the day when most kids were not there. Don't expect something amazing or out of the ordinary, but it's a great place to go and spend the day playing with your kids!

We went with a five year old and enjoyed playing crazy golf although we lost two balls in the process. Some of the staff didn't seem that cheerful but I don't suppose I w old be if I was in with flashing lights and noise all day. We went. Thinking we would get shade indoors but in fact it was nicer outdoors despite the heat. The truth is this destination would be fun for young teens rather than smaller children.

Our trip to Magic Mountain in Columbus, OH, was very disappointing.
It was our first visit with our grandchildren.
We lost tokens on games that did not work. Finding a staff member was not always easy for a refund.
Our grandson lost out on 83 tickets when the game did not produce the tickets.
Son-in-law didn't find a staff member to give the tickets.
Kiddie gym (free) was great!
Don't waste your money!

Fun place to visit. Two mini-golf courses, bumper cars, go-karts, batting cages, huge play area for smaller children and plenty of video games. Packages available to help save money. Some of the games were out of order as were some of the batting cages but there was still plenty to play. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful!! Before you go check out the website for additional coupons and specials.
