Unbeatable location. Having a central base to have a rest after long walks in the city is something that makes this place a serious option.
Facilities could have more regular maintenance though. Lockers are a bit tight so chubby checked bags may not fit. Bunks are a bit squeaky. Toilets not always flush all the way, but outside of that everything was functional, although not necessarily pretty. For a budget short stay I think it's fine if you're willing to sacrifice some comfort.
