Pros: clean modern facilities..
Cons: false advertising; for example on 9/19/23 managment sent email out proclaiming on 9/22/23 it was open from 12pm to 6pm...then on 9/22/23 I drive there ready to have fun...and the park is closed!!! The managment never sent updated email changing their opening status, and I wasted gas driving there! I called and they confirmed the error...what false advertisment without advanced notice! Also they were closed the last week of August! It is still summer, and my kid doesn't start school until after Labor Day...but I couldn't attend...finally on some days they don't have all the rides open so you get shortchanged if you come on the wrong day

This park became another freaking D-land... The park attractions are great and brand news, but it was overcrowded and heavily understaffed. The lines at even basic rides were very long (30-40 min for the smallest, least popular ride) because only 1/3 of the slides were open. I asked one staff member why 2/3 are closed and he said because the park is understaffed, the management pushes to sell more tickets without staffing, and they don't have enough lifeguards at the bottom of the slides to operate them all. The greedy owner is going for maximum profits without providing quality service. Either limit the number of daily visitors (to at least 50% of what you have) or staff it adequately! I am also okay paying twice as much (so you can pay your additional employees), as long the lines are 1/2 of what they are.

Officially my favorite park in OC (yes, better than Disneyland). I bought the passes for my son and me and we went like 8 times during the summer. I would avoid July next year, long lines! But June, mid August and September were perfect. There is something for every age, everything was clean, good beer, kid’s food is acceptable and good shaved and ice cream Sundays. I also paid the parking pass so everything went smoothly in the parking lot.
They have tons of lifeguards that do an excellent job. I’ll buy the passes again for the next year.

BEWARE!!! I purchased a season pass for my grandchildren for a Christmas gift. All was fine for my grandson. He enjoyed going with his friends. BUT my granddaughter developed a medical issue and was advised by her doctor to avoid public swimming due to immunity concerns. THERE IS NO REFUND....FOR ANY REASON. So I am out over $300 and she couldn't use her gift. I worked on this for over a month and then 1 week before the park closed they said she could give it to someone else.
I will never buy a ticket to this park ever again.

We went on a Monday and it was very crowded. We still had a fun time even though the lines were long. Buy your tickets in advance and ONLINE. They’re cheaper online- otherwise it’s around $75 a person.

Love the park. Everything is brand new and clean. Our family loves the slides we can all go on together in one big tube. Boomeranga is a heart stopper. We will definitely be back.
