Record sounds great especially for it being demos. Technical aspects: Record is flat, virtually no noise.

The last one “live at egg studio” or something was supposed to come to CD. is that happening with this one too?

Just like the last Screaming Trees RSD release from last year the spindle hole is very small and almost too tight for my Technics SL-1500

The vinyl had a few pops and some inner groove distortion on side one. Side two is very quiet and without flaw.

The music itself isn’t anything too crazy. sounds pretty darn good for 4track demos. the demo tracks are notably not as high Fidelity as the rest of this record. that paired with the noise on the record makes for a more abrasive listen than what i’m used to from Screaming Trees. i’d honestly probably rather listen to this on CD.

Overall this isn’t bad and i enjoy it but i won’t be spinning this one as much as last years. As a massive screaming trees nerd it’s wonderful that we are getting new music from them even almost 40 years later but i wish the medium was a bit more high quality.

        7/10
