Online Check-in

Online check-in is the process by which you confirm your seat and get your boarding pass through the website or by mobile phone. Also, on the day of your flight, if you don't have to check in any luggage, you can go straight to the boarding gate.

If you need to check in any luggage, we also advise you to check in online and, on the day of your flight, to go to the check-in desk just to drop off your bags.

You can access the online check-in here.

What do I need to check in online?

  • You need to have your booking code. You can find it in the confirmation email you received when you booked. If you can't find the email, just resend it.

  • You also need to have an allocated seat. Depending on your ticket, you'll either get a pre-assigned seat when booking or you can select it later. You can also wait for random seat allocation to open during online check-in. Depending on your booking type, random allocation will be available between 7 days and 24 hours before your flight. If random seats aren't available, you'll get free seat assignments at check-in on the flight day.
