Michael Kors ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military APO/AFO boxes. Three shipping options are available for online orders: standard ground shipping, 2-day delivery, and next-day delivery. If you spent less than $50 or are not a KORSVIP member, standard shipping costs $5. Expedited shipping options are more expensive based on speed; 2-day shipping costs $20 and next-day shipping costs $30.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, Michael Kors accepts the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. You must include the original Michael Kors receipt, invoice, or gift receipt to qualify for a full refund. Some items are not accepted for returns, including swimwear, underwear, custom-made items, and Clearance items.
