The space
Welcome to the Threepwood Suite, a very private and quiet semi-detached mountain escape. Adjoining our architecturally designed family home the suite was created for others to also enjoy our little piece of paradise here in Threepwood Farm.

The suite includes a Queen bedroom, separate bathroom and lounge/kitchen, adjoining is a second bedroom, this room features a double bed and wardrobe space. The private side entrance to the suite brings you into the combined kitchen and lounge area. The Queen room and living space feature floor to ceiling mountain views out to Coronet Peak and beyond. The separate bathroom is luxurious and features complimentary spa quality natural products.

The suite has underfloor heating and this is set for your comfort. Free wifi and a smart TV, Netflix (with your account) and Free to Air. The kitchen has convection microwave, induction stovetop, bar fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee maker.

Outside the suite there is a ski/boot drying cupboard for your ski gear after your day on the slopes.

A spectacular view in all directions, very private and quiet yet not isolated only 5 mins from Arrowtown and 20mins from Queenstown. Biking/hiking trails at our doorstep, as is Lake Hayes. With uninterrupted views out to Coronet Peak ski field and mountains beyond, The Remarkable's from behind, you will see Hot Air Balloons, Handgliders on a beautiful day and of course the night lights of the ski field. A perfect retreat for any occasion.

Our property is set within the 500 acre Threepwood Farm rural development, with the famous Lake Hayes just over the brow of the hill, its only 2 mins to drive to Rutherford Road access by car and a walk around the lake is a must do. You have your own private parking space beside the studio with a private outdoor space with table and chairs and umbrella for those scorching days.
