We used Southwest vacations for the first time.
I have to say it was GREAT, we had some changes and they were very helpful in walking us thru the procsess.

I ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE A HUMAN BEING ON SOUTHWEST!!
Thank you so much Southwest for actually being decent to your customers and providing things like FREE carry-ons and checked baggage for your customers at a reasonable price!
The only part I don't care for is the chaos that is boarding the plane, as they never seem to do it in the order that they're supposed to, and everyone is always just super confused, and it's just one big mess. That's why they lose one star.
Other than that, however, I still love using Southwest, and would go with them any day. Usually can find really good prices, and they always have the best service. Thank you Southwest!

Was able to buy an upgrade to early boarding for 30.00 and it really helped. I have very bad knee issues which makes it hard to walk and the folks and Southwest were very kind and helpful. I wish to thank all who pitched in to make sure that my flight from Austin via Houston was an experience that I will never forget. I wish I knew the names of all those who pitched in but I was able to get on early an de-plane early due to their efforts and I really appreciate your help.

It was my first experience in Southwest. It was good experience. This airline don’t assign seats. You have to make boarding process via internet 24 hours before flight. They assign 3 groups to board the airplane. And you can take the seat that you prefer. This is good if you make the boarding process earlier.

They don’t have tv you have to bring your entertainment. You can purchase wi fi for $8.00 dollars. You can have free snacks and basic drinks. And you can have 2 baggage included in price.

The flights to Cabo and back to Houston were excellent. No delays on either segment, good light crews. Whether flying from Houston or Denver southwest has even great.
