She married Markgraf und Kurfürst Johann Georg von Brandenburg a.d.H. Hohenzollern on 12 February 1548, in Brandenburg, Prussia, German Empire. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 3 daughters. She died on 2 November 1575, in Brandenburg, Prussia, German Empire, at the age of 46, and was buried in Berlin, Germany.
