Didn't even fill the washer Fluid, Said they changed oil but Sticker in window shows the mileage the until next change as the mileage that was on the car when I got it. The wash and detail was a joke, Didn't even vacuum the trunk or clean the interior other than a quick wipe down. Inspection failed to find bad battery which of course let me down the next morning. So overall they did a lousy job.

Dealership had my truck for 10 days. I made an appointment to have the recall taken car of after receiving notification from GM that the parts were available. Prior to taking it in they left a voicemail telling me they had the parts. I dropped it off on the 15th. When I went in on the 27th the work WAS NOT completed. I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours while they did what should have been done the week before! POOR!

Hadn't used this facility recently, took some time to get it into the computer. 8am appointment, didn't go into service area till 8:40, and others went ahead of me. Good thing I was in no hurry. They did a good job, but found oil spilled on radiator cover.
